Announcements:

Child Abuse Prevention Awareness:
The month of April is "Child Abuse Prevention Awareness" month, and the "Brown Bag Campaign" for the Rainbow Room. For those who are not familiar with the "Rainbow Room" The Henderson County Community Partners (HCCP) Rainbow Room provides Child Protective Services (CPS) the emergency resources needed to assist abused and neglected children. All supplies in the Rainbow Room are provided by generation community donations. The "Brown Bag Campaign" is kicked-off every year during April, but donations are gratefully excepted all year long. The Rainbow Room excepts only NEW items. Our philosophy is: "Abused Children do not need abused things." Brown bags will be placed in the Parish Hall for those who would like to participate. There will be a list of items needed inside of each bag. You can return your Brown Bag to the church or you can deliver it to the CPS office at 115 S. Murchison. Thank you for sharing with the abused and neglected children of Henderson County!
