The Episcopal Diocese of Dallas Convention:
The 112th Annual Convention will be held at SouthFork Ranch in Parker, Texas on Friday October 19th and Saturday October 20th 2007.
Safe Church Workshop:
May 19 at St. Mark's (516 S. O'Connor, Irving). This workshop (formerly titled "Awareness Training Seminar on Child Abuse") focuses on diocesan policies and suggestions regarding safe church environments as well as child abuse prevention and detection. It is for those who have not previously attended. The diocese requires all clergy, employees (including clerical and day maintenance personnel), volunteers who supervise youth activities, and parochial school staff to attend. Though not required, unpaid Sunday school teachers are welcome and encouraged to come. To register, contact Ellen Gunn (214-826-8310 or 800-851-8497). All Saints Camp - "Back to the Mountain"

Addiction and Recovery Retreat:
May 18 – 20 at All Saints Camp. The Commission on Addiction and Recovery presents its fourth annual recovery retreat entitled "Not my will — the rollicking, rocky, renewing road to humility." Sewanee's Anglican Tour:
May 31 – June 11. Sewanee's School of Theology, is accepting reservations for its annual "Worship and Travel with Sewanee: A Tour Course in Anglican History and Spirituality," which is open to anyone who desires to study and experience the historical heritage of Christianity in England and the current spiritual life of the Church of England. Designed for lay and clergy participants, as well as Sewanee graduate students, this tour is both an educational and enjoyable "sight-seeing" trip and a deeply moving spiritual pilgrimage. The Rev.
